• Client wanted to validate invoicing integrity of its TMC partners.
• Client wanted to migrate to single TMC vendor. Hence wanted them to pass the audit scrutiny
• Was faced with excessively high cancellation penalties
• Had concerns on % age of refunds & credits being received for cancellations filed

• Audited 12000 transactions randomly during a 6 month period across national operations
• Validated invoicing versus agreed contract terms – determined 11% transactions did not comply with contracted service charges
